Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: Available shipping methods auto-populate in the Shopify checkout. In most cases we will ship flat rate by way of USPS, UPS, or FedEx; whichever offers the best shipping rates for our customers.

Processing Time: In most cases order ship the next business day however we allot a 2-day processing time if needed during peak seasons or holiday operations. This might also vary depending on whether the product is in stock or made-to-order.

Shipping Rates: Available shipping methods auto-populate in the Shopify checkout. In most cases we will ship flat rate by way of USPS, UPS, or FedEx; whichever offers the best shipping rates for our customers. If we're running a free shipping promo the cart will automatically update to reflect the promo.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship in the U.S. only however if shipping is opened up to select locations around the world international buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees/taxes. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times are controlled by the carriers with regard to the available shipping methods such as flat rate shipping and ground shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking: Upon checkout you will be provided a tracking number unless the Shopify system is being updated. If this is the case you may send an email to connect@finishers.io to request a shipping update. 

Customs and Duties: For international shipping, our prices do not include customs and import duties and international customers are responsible for these costs.

Changes to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to change or modify the policy at any given time and continued use of the site is acceptance of this policy.
